Known Technical Issues
“Invite” function within “Roles” action button non-functional within application sections:
- When using the “Roles” action button to share project access with another user, entering the email of someone who does not have a Harmony account will reveal the “Invite” button which can be used to send an invitation to the specified email to create an account within Harmony.
- The “Roles” action button will appear both on the Navigation page of an application (table of contents is displayed) and within the sections of an application (fillable questions of the application are displayed). Currently, the “Invite” button is only functional when accessed through Roles on the Navigation page. Clicking “Invite” from within the application will not trigger an email to be sent to the invited user.
- The issue is currently being investigated and scheduled for resolution.
Date Selector from Calendar when uploading documents issue and work around:
- When uploading a document, users are required to select a Document Date in most cases. If the document date is >10 years old, the calendar will not progress past 10 years into the past.
- There are 2 solutions to this:
- Open the Calendar by clicking into the Document Date field on the upload screen and select a year 1-10 years in the past. Close the calendar and then immediately re-open. The year can now be moved 10 years past the year selected in the first step.
- Alternatively, the date can be entered manually in the format dd/MMM/yyyy (01/Jan/2025).
- The issue is currently being investigated and scheduled for resolution.
