Date Selector from Calendar when uploading documents issue and work around:
When uploading a document, users are required to select a Document Date in most cases. If the document date is >10 years old, the calendar will not progress past 10 years into the past.
There are 2 solutions to this:
Open the Calendar by clicking into the Document Date field on the upload screen and select a year 1-10 years in the past. Close the calendar and then immediately re-open. The year can now be moved 10 years past the year selected in the first step.
Alternatively, the date can be entered manually in the format dd/MMM/yyyy (01/Jan/2025).
The issue is currently being investigated and scheduled for resolution.
