Feedback Received
Feedback is collected from users through a variety of methods, including training sessions, the support ticket system, anonymous feedback form, and in-person consultations. As a result, changes are frequently made by staff to the RITHIM Harmony system as a result of this feedback. Below, find the status of common feedback received and our plans for the future.
Overall, the feedback reflects what is typically expected following a significant system transition. Identified areas for improvement are actively being addressed. For more complex issues where solutions are less clearly defined, comprehensive consultations with system stakeholders are underway and will be launched later this year.
